Employment Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated employment litigation attorney with a strong passion for seeking justice and helping individuals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment civil litigation and will manage a caseload of 40+ cases, developing case strategies, drafting legal documents, and more.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in employment civil litigation
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active California bar membership in good standing
• Proven track record of successfully managing a caseload and resolving cases for full value
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity
