Job Description
Jasper is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead and scale our Product Marketing function into a strategic powerhouse. The ideal candidate will define Jasper's product narrative, strengthen our market differentiation, and lead a high-performing team that bridges Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of Product Marketing experience
- 3+ years leading teams at the Director or Senior Director level in B2B SaaS
- Proven success leading PMM organizations through growth, scale, or transformation
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, differentiated narratives
- Deep experience in messaging, positioning, pricing, and GTM enablement
- Track record of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Confidence presenting to executives and influencing high-level strategic decisions
- Experience building scalable systems and driving consistency and quality
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Data-driven mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills
