Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to contribute to the financial management and contractual administration of civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing quantity surveying activities, cost estimation, and contract management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.
Requirements
- Oversee quantity surveying activities.
- Perform detailed cost estimation and procurement.
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and assess cost implications.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
- Draft and review contracts.
- Manage contractual claims.
- Provide mentorship to junior surveyors.
