Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the financial success of construction projects. The role involves analyzing costs, managing contracts, providing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and a solid understanding of cost estimation and budgeting.
Requirements
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze and assess tender submissions from contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage procurement and contract administration processes.
- Monitor project costs against budgets.
- Conduct site visits to validate costs and verify project progress.
- Provide advice on contractual obligations and potential risks.
