Job Description
JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management firm, is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure projects adhere to high quality standards and industry regulations. This role involves developing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting audits, collaborating with teams, and addressing quality issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction sector and a proactive approach to quality excellence.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and processes for construction projects.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze inspection reports and data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to project teams on quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality expectations.
- Manage the resolution of quality-related issues, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
- Provide proficiency in ISO 9001 and construction regulations.
