Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement activities for civil engineering projects. The role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies and regulations. The company aims to contribute to social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement management or a related field
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with procurement software and tools
