Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a passionate and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager for their Health, Safety, and Environment department. The role involves overseeing HSE policies, ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and leading teams conducting risk assessments and investigations. This position focuses on major construction projects and contributing to environmental stewardship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
