Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead and manage engineering projects. The role involves overseeing a team, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop innovative engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulations
- Proficient with engineering design software and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
