BIM Senior Manager

JASRA PMC is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to oversee BIM implementation in complex Highrise buildings. The role involves developing BIM specifications, coordinating design delivery, managing BIM project workflows, and ensuring high quality submissions. The manager will serve as a technical consultant and provide expert guidance on all phases of the BIM process.

Requirements

• Develop BIM specification(s) documentation and support integration with Tender(s) and Contract(s).
• Manage, support, and validate Project design delivery e.g. modeling, detailing, scheduling, and extraction.
• Develop the process, perform, measure, and ensure the highest quality for all BIM package submissions.
• Supervise and oversee the review, monitoring and reporting on the development of clash detection and resolution process and fully coordinated models with design leads.
• Monitor and support the data collection process and validate models for Construction Operation Building Information Exchange (COBie) for the design stage data drop(s) as required.
• Prepare validation reports for milestone BIM package submission.
• Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
• Develop and automate routines in BIM to support standards, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee the validation and export of model geometry and data to schedules for internal design and commercial activities.
