Job Description
Jaros, Baum & Bolles (JB&B) is a MEP engineering firm seeking a Project Engineer to join the HVAC department in New York. The role involves leading design on Tenant fit-out projects, coordinating with disciplines, and managing project schedules.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in all design calculations and software tools (e.g., Revit and AutoCAD) applicable to their discipline
- Strong understanding of trade-specific scope of project, trade-related codes, and the required coordination with other trades
