Job Description
The Senior Director, Biometrics will lead the Biometrics department, overseeing design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical and preclinical studies. This role is crucial for driving innovation, ensuring data integrity, and representing the company at scientific forums. The role focuses on clinical development, regulatory submissions, statistical analysis, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in biostatistics within biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong Phase III statistical planning background.
- Expertise in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R), data management tools, EDC platforms, and CDISC standards.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.

- Strong executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
