The Senior Project Manager oversees large-scale, complex projects from conception through completion with a focus on design build projects. The role requires advanced management skills to coordinate design, engineering, construction, and client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering (can be substituted for experience)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in design-build construction projects
- Expertise in managing design-build projects, with comprehensive knowledge of construction processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to direct multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, OST, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost estimation
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Certifications: Minimum 10-hour OSHA / 30-Hour OSHA Preferred
- Ability: Knowledge of all facets of ground up Construction / Renovation
