Job Description
We are looking for individuals of all majors to participate in our immersive and fast-paced Trading Desk Operations Engineer internship program, where you will work on real-world projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of the trading product.
Requirements
- Planning to graduate in 2026 or 2027, all majors are welcome
- A critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in growing your programming skills
- A team player with a “no job too small” attitude
- Interested in finance and passionate about STEM
- Able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, reliable, and courteous
- An excellent verbal and written communicator; able to use technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to reach solutions
- Intellectually humble; eager to ask questions and learn new things
- Fluent in English
