You will be the central interface between Sales Leadership, Key Account Management, Off-Trade Field Sales and internal functions. Your goal is to bring the marketing plan data-driven into practice and design processes so that everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience & Expertise: You have a completed degree in the field of economics, sales, or comparable and have several years of professional experience in key account management and bring a high understanding of field sales activity - ideally FMCG or spirits.
- Analytical & Communicative Strength: You combine analytical sharpness with communicative competence - interpret complex data and convince stakeholders with clear, data-based arguments.
- Project & Process Competence: You have proven success in leading cross-functional projects and optimizing sales processes.
- Technology Affinity: You are proficient in using CRM systems, BI tools, and Excel and use digital solutions to increase efficiency.
- Mindset & Drive: You think strategically, act pragmatically, and bring a developed hands-on mentality - in German and English.
