Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Master Scheduler to join our team to help us achieve great things in human space exploration and deep space exploration. The ideal candidate has a background in project execution or test operations, especially within the NASA/JSC environment, and deep expertise in Microsoft Project.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project
- Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations
- Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns
- Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes
