Requirements
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), display, and retargeting.
- Develop and manage ABM programs
- Build and optimise automated workflows and nurture streams.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and data hygiene
- Use AI-driven tools for content personalisation, predictive analytics, and performance optimisation.
- Evaluate new MarTech solutions and lead their integration
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create digital assets (landing pages, emails, ads, etc.) that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Implement A/B testing across creative, copy, and targeting
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, Power BI).
- Provide insights on channel ROI, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to guide strategy.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales leadership.
