Sales Manager Germany - Projects (d/f/m)

The Sales Manager Germany Projects is responsible for developing and executing sales activities for PV projects in Germany, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing sales opportunities from early-stage development through contract signature.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• 3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
• Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
• German: C2 (near native proficiency); English: C1 (professional working proficiency)
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Structured, proactive, and results-driven working style
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
