Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting with installation and training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing CNC machines in a machine shop environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is a plus
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a noisy environment
