Job Description
IXL Learning is seeking a school membership specialist to provide excellent customer service and support to schools and educators. The role involves responding to inquiries, generating quotes, keeping records, and collaborating with internal teams. The position is full-time with a one-day in-office day and flexibility to work remotely.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional phone skills
- Comfortable with technology
