Requirements

• Create a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals
• Provide effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided
• Make optimal use of available technology to enhance instructional methods
• Supplement and alter lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials as needed
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and other requirements
• Demonstrate ability to promote an environment that reflects the broad backgrounds represented by students and employees
• Comply with College policies, guidelines and expectations
