Job Description
Ivalua is a leading global cloud-based procurement solutions provider, focused on improving supply chain sustainability and resilience. They are seeking a highly motivated IT ClientOps Support to build and maintain the infrastructure and services that host their solution for clients. The role involves troubleshooting, providing technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor Degree preferably in a computer-related major
- Experience working with Windows servers in all environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell/CLI/scripting languages
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, ASP.Net Applications
- Knowledge of client/server and network architecture
- Understanding of sFTPSQL Server
