Job Description
ITRS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Uptrends product line, a cloud-based Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solution. This role focuses on ensuring performance and availability for web, cloud, and SaaS environments by monitoring the user experience. The product line is part of the broader ITRS Group's mission to improve IT performance and customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in a SaaS, DEM, or monitoring-focused environment.
- Technical foundation with understanding of synthetic monitoring frameworks, RUM data analysis, and agent deployment.
- Ability to communicate value propositions and technical concepts effectively.
