Job Description
ITRS is a leading Enterprise SaaS provider seeking a Managed Services Consultant to monitor and maintain a client's Geneos environment. The role involves resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing technical solutions, and improving the client experience. The consultant will also contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Passionate about client experience.
- Experience in Unix and Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience in one or more scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, Perl, XML.
- An understanding of Databases e.g. Oracle and an understanding of SQL.
- Willingness to work onsite to our Mumbai office.
