Job Description
ITC Defense is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support defense and submarine programs with knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) compliance, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and AUKUS-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10–15 years of program management experience in defense logistics, manufacturing, submarine, or related industries
- Deep understanding of ITAR, EAR and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and AUKUS processes
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar international programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting FMS efforts
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain
