Job Description
In this position, you will maximize network performance and security through ongoing network monitoring, troubleshooting and incident handling, manage various network devices and services, maintain and update documentation, and plan, implement and support BAU tasks.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Holding of CCNP or/and CCNA certificates
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in in both IT on-going support, and IT project management
- Self-initiative with good sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills, familiar with Mandarin
