Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed
• Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development
• Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software
