What sets you apart
- Master's degree in computer science or comparable professional experience
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in IT services
- In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructures with a focus on one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud integration, ideally M365 or Azure services
- On-premises networks in small and medium-sized environments, preferably Windows-based
- Messaging and collaboration
- IT security
- Networking
- High availability and storage
- Experience in advising and designing solutions for problem-solving, IT designs, and projects
- Experience in project work
- Fun and skill in dealing with customers
