Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a platform team focused on creating backend infrastructure and internal developer tooling. You’ll manage a compact but highly capable team, helping architect and evolve an internal developer platform built on Kubernetes, powered by Spring Boot APIs and PostgreSQL.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years of engineering leadership or team management experience
- Strong technical foundation in Kubernetes, backend development (Java/Spring), RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience building internal platforms, tooling, or services used by multiple engineering teams
- Familiarity with application architecture, distributed systems, and platform reliability best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
