Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
• Familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance
• Knowledge of Claims, Benefits, and Denials (Advantageous)
• Good verbal & written English skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software
• Willingness to work onsite at Buendia, Makati, or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
