National Campaigns Manager

Issue One is seeking a National Campaigns Manager to play a critical role in translating the organization's national strategy into coordinated, on-the-ground action with external partners. The successful candidate will build, activate, and sustain strong coalitions across key states and counties while ensuring alignment between organizational partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or leading advocacy, organizing, or issue-based campaigns at the local, state, or national level.
• Experience building, managing, or participating in coalitions, partnerships, or multi-organization initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and workstreams.
• Strong cultural competency and ability to build trust and work collaboratively across diverse communities and organizations.
• Strong political savvy and advocacy experience
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating coalition meetings and briefings.
• Sound political judgment and ability to adapt in dynamic campaign environments.
