We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to work full-time in people's homes, solving real problems and running their own route. No experience needed - we train you. $27.50–$30/hr + bonuses. Paid training and support to obtain Washington State license.
Requirements
- Reliable and on-time
- Comfortable working with customers
- Willing to learn and take ownership
- Valid driver's license
- 21 years or older
- Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and pest control materials
- Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision
- Strong in-person communication skills with customers
