Job Description
The Operations Representative (Boarding Agent) is responsible for providing logistics service to our Principals to ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the port office. The role requires strong initiative, excellent customer service and communication skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate and fully adopt Inchcape's values: Global Perspective, The Power of People, and Progress.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of Port Operations and Port Agency services
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, multitask and possess strong initiative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
