Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business analysis activities, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with developers to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical designs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of business analysis processes, frameworks, and standards, as well as experience working with Agile methodologies and distributed teams.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Business Analysis processes, frameworks, and standards (IIBA, FCS, PMI-BA)
- Basic Software and IT knowledge
- Basic Data(base) principles
- Process Modelling and Analysis
- COTS product implementation
- Modern delivery practices (Agile and Product)
- Basic understanding of how Cloud technologies support modern Products
- Full Software Product Delivery lifecycle
- Knowledge of maritime is desirable but not essential
- Basic Finance and Accounting principles in Global organisations are desirable
