VIKING OCEAN - EXPLORER'S STAFF

The Explorers staff is responsible for providing friendly, personalized front-desk service to guests, promoting and selling shore excursions, and resolving guest complaints. This is a contract position with Viking Ocean Cruises.

Requirements

• Minimum one year's experience in a front of house role at a five-star hotel or resort
• Shipboard experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Flexible and stress-resistant with a strong work ethic
• Strong administration skills and proficiency with PC-based databases, spreadsheets, and word processing systems
• Experience in cash handling and foreign currency exchange required
• No visible tattoos
