The 2nd Purser Admin organizes the ship’s clearance in every port of call by preparing the necessary paperwork for both guests and crew members, in a timely manner. Ensure that all custom and immigration requirements are met, and guests and crew can proceed ashore with no challenges.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in the Pursers Department onboard a ship
• Fluent in English
• Experience in leading multi-cultural teams
• Strong accounting and administration skills
• Proficient with PC based databases, spread sheets, and word processing systems
• Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality
