ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position BAR MANAGER for Scylla AG! The Bar Waiters are responsible for mixing and serving cocktails in a professional way, in compliance with international given standards and Scylla standards. Conditions include free food and accommodation on board, seasonal work with contracts from March to November renewable each season, and river ships located in Europe.
Requirements
- Experienced within the hotel industry and/or previous (river) cruise ship experience.
- Excellent management, organizational and decision-making skills
- Guest focused
- Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- Able to train crew members, able to build up the trainings and drive the change and look for operational efficiencies across the ship.
- Able to train crew members, detect training needs and develop tailor-made training
- Stress resistant, calm under pressure and resilient
- Team player with positive approach
- Open minded and flexible
- Strong social, interpersonal and intercultural competencies
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliable and hard-working, physical stamina to stand for a long period of time
- Excellent English skills (written & verbal), other languages like German is an advantage.
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Age: min. 18 years old
