We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in overseeing all dining operations onboard a luxury yacht. The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences, manage service standards, and maintain the highest levels of hygiene and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years in food and beverage management
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or yacht/cruise line operations
- Exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with food and beverage operational systems
- Cruise ship experience mandatory
