Job Description
Restaurant Servers are involved in delivering superior guest service throughout the food and beverage outlet in the hotel. They will set up, deliver, and retrieve food and beverage orders to guests.
Requirements
- Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel
- Serve drinks while following all company, local, and state guidelines
- Validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption
- Follow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service
