ERP Higher Ed/Financial & Procurement Sr. Consultant (Contract/1099)

We are seeking a senior consulting professional with broad higher education or academic medical center ERP or operational experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and financials, budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable, billing/accounts receivable, general ledger and reporting, contracts, grants, projects, asset management, and inventory. The consultant will analyze current state operations, design future state operations, and provide oversight in connection with implementation of the future state design.

Requirements

• Multi-module experience with enterprise application implementations (Ellucian, Oracle, SAP, Workday) and/or experience with enterprise transformation or merger/integration projects
• Higher education experience
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Demonstrated experience as an effective member of a professional team
• Ability to make decisions at the project team level
• Complete transformation/systems implementation project life cycle experience
• 7-15 years recent experience with managing transformation projects in a complex university or academic medical center environment
• Prior professional career focused on higher education
• Research university and/or academic medical center experience
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree(s)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Prior professional career focused on higher education
