We're seeking a dynamic and creative Director, Training Development Delivery to lead large-scale learning design and development operations for multiple enterprise clients within a managed services framework.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in training development services industry
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, distributed teams
- 5+ years in ERP (preference for SAP) training services space preferred
- 5+ years application-based training background
- 3+ years of experience with at least one of the following platforms: SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, uPerform, Oracle Guided Learning, Assima
- Team leadership of at least 5-10 people in the training services space
- Proven experience leading large-scale managed services or outsourced training development operations (multi-client, multi-year engagements
- Demonstrated success overseeing enterprise system implementation training (ERP, CRM, HCM, etc.) and digital transformation learning initiatives
- Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and digital learning tools (LMS, LXP, DAPs,) simulation and authoring tools
- Strong leadership, operational management, and stakeholder relationship skills
- Business impact and adoption metrics for enterprise system training programs
