Job Description
Manage infrastructure, network, equipment, and facilities, plan process improvements, and ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of internet equipment. Develop a back-up/disaster recovery plan and manage IT Helpdesk tickets. Provide troubleshooting and notification to end-users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Technology or any related course
- 2-3 years of experience in network and system management and administration
- Strong knowledge of network operating systems and data communication protocols and technologies
