Work with the Chief Operations Officer and other leaders to improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Five or more years banking experience required
- Branch operations experience preferred
- Knowledge of banking products, services, processes and regulations
- Microsoft proficient – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial concepts
- Ability to work well in a group or independently with little oversight
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced problem solving
- Highly developed commitment to customer satisfaction
