Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Experience with maintenance (0+ years)
• Basic understanding of at least one of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliances
• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing)
• Ability to perform at multiple sites (sitting, standing, walking, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 77 pounds and above waist 45 lbs
