Director Finance (m/w/d)

As CFO at IronMaxx, you will be responsible for the overall financial, strategic, and operational management of our company as part of the board. With entrepreneurial foresight and hands-on mentality, you will shape our growth strategy and ensure that we remain economically strong, innovative, and profitable.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of management experience in the financial sector, preferably as CFO or in a comparable position
• Successful leadership of international projects and teams
• Experience with budget, sales, and liquidity planning, risk management, and financial governance
• Proven success in M&A or Buy-&-Build activities
• Expertise in Transfer Pricing advantageous
• Good knowledge of modern financial tools & ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) and reporting (Bi) and controlling software
• High digital affinity, openness to innovations (e.g. AI, automation)
• Analytical strength, structured, and result-oriented work
• Strong communication skills and presentation confidence
• High resilience and flexibility in fast-paced corporate environments
• High implementation strength, hands-on mentality, and strong change management competence
