Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Workplace Management or Facilities Management
- 2+ years in a management role and driving measurable cross-functional contributions at the department level
- Proven ability to manage an HQ office and set values and cultural direction
- Strong problem-solving capabilities for complex workplace challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in event planning, program creation, and complex service delivery
- Ability to effectively manage dedicated onsite vendor staff
- Proficient in budget development and management
- Experience contributing to interview processes and supporting recruitment efforts
