Requirements

• Define and execute the enterprise automation and AI strategy
• Own architecture and technical oversight for resilient, observable automation frameworks and AI-enabled workflows
• Lead enterprise integrations with a focus on data quality, reusability, and automating business and analytics workflows
• Establish governance and standards for design, testing, monitoring/observability, and documentation
• Hire, mentor, and retain top talent across automation engineering, analysis, and architecture
