Imaging Coordinator

Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Production Coordinator to join their Digital Solutions (DMS) Imaging Center team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience performing all imaging tasks and a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.

Requirements

• Lead the production workflow by performing job setup, scheduling, training, and staging to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure imaging quality and compliance by conducting final quality checks, making necessary post-production corrections, and adhering to Digital Solutions (DMS) Imaging Center Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment by identifying and correcting scanner or batch class issues, escalating complex problems to the IT team when necessary.
