Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for generating net new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business (prospects and existing customer accounts).
Requirements
- Own the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities under 25k in assigned Enterprise accounts, achieving all sales quota targets.
- Maintain consistent outreach through outbound prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to generate pipeline.
- Lead negotiation processes, ensuring pricing, profitability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements meet both customer and company expectations.
- Build strong customer relationships and partner with key decision-makers to align business strategies and ensure service level expectations are met.
- Track all activities and manage responses in Salesforce, ensuring you stay updated on Iron Mountain products and industry trends.
