IRIUM is looking for a Product Owner with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with development teams, to serve a leading banking sector client. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree, and experience in banking information, agile methodologies, and software delivery projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications...) or other relevant degree for the position.
• More than 4 years of relevant technical and functional work experience in the banking information field.
• Experience in basic banking applications and risk and compliance architectures (AML, collections, risk credit decision-making).
• Demonstrated knowledge of agile/lean methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
• Experience in software delivery projects with knowledge of tools such as Harness, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
• Practical experience in implementing banking IT projects, especially in central banking transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits.
• Strong skills in risk evaluation, problem-solving, negotiation, and influence.
• Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of risk and compliance architectures: integration of credit agencies in different countries (Equifax, Experian, etc.), decision-making motors (Modellica, Provenir, Experian, etc.), AML tools (Norkom, FCM, etc.), payment tools and architectures...
• Relevant knowledge in business flows in the above areas.
• B2 or higher English
