Analista Funcional Senior S&H

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technologies, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields, and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an analyst. The role involves initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an analyst
• Skilled in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation
• Ability to perform functional testing and validate deliverables
• Experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking
• Proven experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in Test Plans, conducting acceptance testing of solutions, and providing support to end users
• Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client as well as in design and document solutions
• Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them
